Head of Development & Architecture

We are adapting the latest and greatest technologies to bring our products leaps and bounds into a sustainable and stable future. We are looking for experienced full stack Head of Development & Architecture to join the tech team at this exciting and still very early stage in our company’s growth.

We’re looking for an highly experienced, hands-on technical leader who can drive architecture choices, lead development. Changing the mindset of how we can do things and advance our platforms further ahead from both a scalability point of view as well as performance.

Quality is key and with this in mind you will have that mindset to make sure things are done in the best way they can be done. 

This role is split equal parts between managing, leading an existing team of 10-15 engineers, recruiting where necessary, and hands on application at an engineering and architectural level. Project Coordinator

We are hiring an experienced project coordinator who has a proven track record of operating within a delivery team, leading the team through the full project delivery including requirements definition, planning, risk management and reporting.  This could be using Agile and Waterfall methodologies depending on the project, and your judgement will play a big part in how projects are delivered.

For Agile projects, you will have proven experience of coaching and facilitating small, cross functional scrum teams comprising of frontend and backend development disciplines working across native mobile and web applications, micro-serviced architecture, designers, quality assurance, data analytics, development operations and infrastructure. For Waterfall projects, you will need to understand the basic Prince2 disciplines and be able to orchestrate the team in delivering to the milestones created in the planning phase.

Reporting to the PMO (programme management office) you will be an integral part of multiple teams enabling and helping best practices alongside the head of product development and programme manager in driving the product roadmap, delivering to dates and managing expectations.
